The Beaverton Education Foundation supports strong public schools in our community by developing and maintaining strategic partnerships to fund programs that inspire and increase student achievement.
The Beaverton Education Foundation will be the trusted partner for innovative and engaging academic programs at every school.
Founded in 1988, the Beaverton Education Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to supporting public education in Beaverton. BEF provides financial support for programs and activities outside the normal school day that would not otherwise occur. From 1999-2000 to 2009-2010 more than 830 awards totaling $1.7 million have been awarded to benefit our community's students. In addition, $252,000 has been awarded to high school service groups for immediate use in their schools. Members of these high school groups act as Student Ambassadors for the annual BEF Phone Campaign.
