BEF Classroom Innovation Project Completion Report

With the opportunity to accept BEF Classroom Innovation Grant funds comes the responsibility of accounting for the use and impact of awarded funds. The Beaverton Education Foundation requires that you submit a project completion report within 30 days upon completion of the project. Please complete the Project Completion Report and the Grant Plan Template (download here) that includes the Actual Outcomes column, and send via interschool mail to BEF, or 3800 SW Cedar Hills Blvd., Suite 168, Beaverton, OR 97005.

BEF Kids Count Grant Program Completion Report

With the opportunity to accept BEF Kids Count Grant funds comes the responsibility of accounting for the use and impact of awarded funds. The BEF requires that you submit a program completion report within 45 days upon completion of the program. Please complete the program completion report and the grant plan template (download here), that includes the Actual Outcomes column, and send via interschool mail to BEF or 3800 SW Cedar Hills Blvd., #168, Beaverton, OR 97005.
